Due to the handmade nature of custom and made-to-order items, each is unique and minor structural or design variations may occur. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen’s display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Price changes will not affect any orders that have already been accepted and confirmed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Occasionally there may be information on our Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information. If a pricing or description error is discovered before your order is accepted and dispatched, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will issue a full refund immediately.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

All orders within the UK are shipped via standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, with shipping costs added at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. While we use reliable tracked services, delivery timeframes are estimates. Serenius Nail (UK) cannot be held liable for courier delays caused by weather, industrial action, or peak seasonal volumes.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your item until it is successfully delivered to your address. If your package is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will handle the claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement set or a full refund to be issued to you. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, require custom sizing, or need a set by a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your goods if they are faulty, not as described, or incorrect due to a seller error. 

Please note, the order cannot be cancelled once production begins on a custom commission or made-to-order set, or after a pre-made set has been shipped.

You agree not to use our service, website, or communication channels to engage in any unlawful or harmful behaviour. We reserve the right to cancel any active orders, bookings, or agreements immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the following:

• Harassment & Abuse: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing communication toward the owner, staff, or representatives of Serenius Nail.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, attempting unauthorised transactions, or committing payment fraud.
• Failure to Provide Details: Failing to provide essential information required to complete your order (such as custom nail sizing, specification confirmations, or delivery addresses) within a reasonable timeframe.
• System Interference: Introducing viruses, malicious code, or attempting to breach the security measures of our website or hosting servers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. If you breach these Terms and Conditions, or if we are unable to fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel active transactions or agreements immediately. In the event that we cancel an active transaction after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Serenius Nail. Serenius Nail has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Serenius Nail shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

This service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Serenius Nail uses reasonable efforts to maintain a safe, secure, and reliable digital environment. However, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable UK law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to this service. 

While Serenius Nail endeavours to provide the best possible user experience, no guarantee or representation of any kind is made that this service will meet your specific requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or devices, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be entirely error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the statements above, Serenius Nail cannot absolutely promise or warrant:

  The continuous operation or availability of this service, or the information, content, and materials included within it.
• Uninterrupted service:
  That this service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
• Data accuracy:
  The absolute accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through this service.
• Complete security:
  That this service, its hosting servers, or any electronic communications sent from or on behalf of Serenius Nail are completely immune to security breaches, malicious interference, or unauthorised third-party interception.

Nothing in these terms limits our legal responsibility for matters that cannot be lawfully excluded under English law, including fraud, or any physical injury resulting directly from our negligence. Your standard consumer protection rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully unaffected.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
