Shipping and Delivery

All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour Delivery, with a fixed £4.99 shipping cost added at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. 
Please note that custom or made-to-order sets require additional production time before dispatch compared to premade items.

All of our nail sets are carefully handmade. Before your order is handed over to Royal Mail, please note our production turnaround times:

• Premade / Ready-to-Ship Sets: Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Custom Commissions: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your set to be hand-produced before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, your standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

While we use reliable tracked services, delivery timeframes are estimates.
We cannot be held liable for courier delays caused by weather, industrial action, or peak seasonal volumes.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your item until it is successfully delivered to your address.
If your package is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will handle the claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement set or a full refund to be issued to you.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, require custom sizing, or need a set by a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.
